Queen and Duke of Edinburgh receive COVID-19 vaccine

The Queen and Duke of Edinburgh have both received the COVID-19 vaccine as confirmed by the Edinburgh Palace.

The vaccine is reported to have been administered by a doctor working at the Palace on Saturday as verified by BBC.

It also reported that the Queen herself made the revelations to put to an end speculations as to whether the two have received the vaccine.

94 and 99 Queen and Duke of Edinburgh are among the over 1.5 million people in the U.K who have received the vaccine.

People above the age of 80-years are among the most vulnerable category to get affected by the virus that has so far swept away millions of lives across the country.

Back in U.K, the Queen and Duke have resorted to remain at their Windor Palace and engage less in the family traditions as has been the case.
