Raila Odinga in Juba to commission a 3.6kms freedom bridge

Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga has landed in Juba, South Sudan to commission a 3.6 kilometers freedom bridge.

According to the ODM party leader, the bridge will connect Juba and the rest of the region as Africa speeds up the expansion of infrastructure.

“Arrival in Juba, South Sudan ahead of tomorrow’s commissioning of the 3.6 kms freedom bridge that will connect Juba to the rest of the region. Africa is busy expanding its infrastructure.” Said Hon. Raila Odinga

The news comes hours after the former Prime Minister launched eagerly awaited affordable project in Makasembo, Kisumu County.

Present during the launch was Kisumu Governor Anyang’ Nyong’o who said that the project will employ hundreds of youth and provide affordable housing to many.

“Today, Rt Hon Raila Amollo Odinga launched the eagerly awaited Affordable Housing project at the former Makasembo Estate in Kisumu. This project, being done in collaboration with the LAP FUND, will not only employ hundreds of our youth but provide affordable housing to many.” Said Governor Nyong’o
