Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga has on Thursday visited Garissa Governor Yusuf Haji at his home in the county.
The ODM Party leaders was making the visit to check up on his health after was admitted after feeling unwell.

“Visited Garissa Senator Yusuf Haji, the chairman of the Steering Committee on the Implementation of the Building Bridges to a United Kenya Taskforce Report. Senator is recuperating at home following recent hospitalization. We wish him a full and speedy recovery.” Said Raila.
Suna East MP Junet Mohamed who accompanied his party leader noted that the Senator was in high spirits as they chatted matters national unity.
“Accompanied my Party Leader Rt. Hon. Raila Odinga to visit Sen. Yusuf Haji. The elder statesman is recuperating well, was in high spirits and we chatted matters of national importance.” Said Junet
