Former Sports CS Rashid Echesa has revealed that he attended the adult education with Mombasa governor Hassan Joho.
Speaking in defense of DP William Ruto, Echesa criticized COTU leader Francis Atwoli for misleading the Mombasa Governor.
He claimed that Atwoli is telling other leaders that he has the power to elect Western province leaders.
The former CS continues by saying that he also promised Mombasa Governor Hassan Ali Joho of a presidential seat to counter DP Ruto’s 2022 ambitions.
