Real Madrid crowned Champions League winners

A solitary goal in the second half from Vinicius Jr secured Real Madrid a Champions League trophy in France.

Both clubs came to the clash prepared but it was Liverpool who took a majority of ball possession in the first forcing goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois to make a number of remarkable to deny both Mane and Mohamed Salah a goal scoring opportunity.

The win see Carlo Ancelotti become the most successful coach bagging four Champions League trophies under his name.
