Robert Lewandoski named UCL player of the week

Bayern Munich striker Rober Lewandoski has been named the Uefa Champions League player of the week.

The Poland has been heavily been involved in the club’s 4-1 victory against Chelsea last week ensuring a quarter-final spot with Barcelona.

In the weekday fixture, he netted two goals, one from the penalty spot and the other one minutes to the end of the match.

Robert Lewandoski is the first player to be involved in 3+ goals and three assist in the same game.
