Police have arrested one suspect behind the gruesome death of Shantel Nzembi, an 8-year-old student in Kitengele, Kajiado County.
The lifeless body of the Grade 2 student was found stuffed in a gunny bag before police were called in and immediately began investigation into the incident.
On Wednesday, it was confirmed that a boda boda operator has been arrested following reports from several people and intense investigation.

They will however continue with their investigation to arrest the prime suspect who is believed to be a woman and is behind a deadly gang terrorizing residents.
Speaking to the press, Jeremiah Dubai who is the DCI investigation officer in Isinya confirmed having the suspect behind bars at that they are working towards arresting the woman who is also a leader of a terror gang.
Dubai expressed optimism that they are close to arresting other suspects after arresting the boda boda operator. He confirmed that the other suspects have deactivated their mobile numbers.
