Three foreigners arrested in Kajiado following a robbery

Three foreigners have been arrested following a robbery incident in Kajiado with the detectives forced to shoot a lorry.

A loaded AK47 was recovered by the police during the dramatic arrest as they headed to Shompole market.

“DCI Detectives based at Kajiado West Sub-County have arrested three robbery with violence suspects and recovered a loaded AK 47 rifle. The trio, all foreigners from a neighboring country, were arrested following a robbery incident where a lorry was shot at and forced to stop as it was heading towards Shompole Market.” Said DCI

Inside the vehicle of registration number KBA 626Q, thousands in cash were also recovered believed to be money from their victims.

The suspects Boniface Lesagi, Joseph Ole Ntito and Lekina Monoi were also found in possession of mobile phones. They are in custody pending to be arraigned in court.

“Seven individuals lost thousands of shillings and their mobile phones, some of which were recovered from a motor vehicle Reg No. KBA 626Q which the robbery suspects were traveling in.” Said DCI
