Detectives have on Thursday night fatally shot three suspected robbery with violence suspects at Kwa Mbao area in Kariobangi, Nairobi.
The incident saw the police recover a number of items including two rounds of ammunition, unregistered motorcycles and spent cartridges as one of them escaped the scene.

“Three robbery with violence suspects were last night fatally injured by a team of detectives at Kwa Mbao area in Kariobangi. Two pistols, rounds of ammunition, spent cartridges, and an unregistered motorcycle were recovered after a shoot out that saw one suspect escape,” said DCI
The four robbers are notorious for their acts and have on several occasions been caught on camera. Two months ago they shot dead a university student in Buruburu area of Nairobi.
“The four have been captured on camera committing various robberies in past. Two months ago, a University student lost his life in the hands of the gangsters within Buruburu.” said DCI
The police believe that the suspects have been robbing customers their valuables as they ransacked businesses during their operations.
“In another incident, the four are believed to have robbed valuables from customers and later ransacked a business premise where they carted away electronic gadgets. Search for the suspect who escaped continues.” said DCI
