Still on KCPE 2019, a school teacher and exam supervisor have been arrested by police for chasing away a candidate.

The two were arrested by Kirinyaga education director and are currently being held as investigations continue.

The motive behind the incident is yet to be established as police warn of consequences if one is found committing such an offense.

In some parts of the country, the heavy downpour has caused delays in the delivery of exam papers as vehicles got stuck.

Some classes were flooded but candidates remained focused and determined to sit for their exams.
