A huge inferno has razed down Toi market in Nairobi which a few kilometers away from the Central business District.
The Toi Market inferno is said to have broken out at 3 am razing down good worth millions in just three hours.
The fire could be seen spreading to residential houses next to the market at 9 am with dark clouds occupying the air.

The Nairobi County Government sent two fire engines which battled the raging Toi Market inferno that had spread far and wide.
Traders who do not reside next to the market were welcomed with losses upon arrival at the market counting losses from the morning incident.

Some of the Toi market traders narrated how the market helps them raise school fees for their children with some calling for Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko to allocate funds to the affected.
Even though the cause of the fire has not been established, traders suspect that it could have been triggered by an electric fault.
