Tom Heaton has undergone medical as new Manchester United player with the deal between the player and the club sealed.
The goalkeeper is reported to have signed a two year contract with Manchester United that will end in June 2023 with an option to extend it for one more year.
“Tom Heaton will undergo his medical and sign as new Manchester United player in the next weeks, the deal is ‘done and completed. Contract until June 2023 + option for one more season. Here we go.” Said Fabrizio Romano.

The news comes barely five days after the goalkeeper was poised to rejoin the Red Devils as rumours move round linking David de Gea with a move to AS Roma.
“Tom Heaton has reached an agreement to re-join Manchester United, as per john crossmirror. The goalkeeper will sign his contract in the next days. Also: no contacts between David de Gea and Roma despite rumours from Italy because of Mourinho links.” Said Fabrizio.
Two days ago, Tome Heaton bid farewell to Aston Villa thanking the fans and everyone at the club for their support.
