Arsenal is on the verge of signing Brazilian defender David Luis from Chelsea at a fee of 8 million pounds.

The Brazilian defender will help solve Arsenal defensive woes that may catch up with them as the season kicks off.

Manchester United is said to have agreed Ksh 74 million pounds with Italian giants Inter Milan to sell striker Romelu Lukaku.

Lukaku who was to be involved in a swap deal with Dybala of Juventus, saw the deal turned down by Manchester United.
