Tuskys shuts down two more branches over rent arrears

Tuskys Supermarket has once again suffered a set back after two of its branches were shut down.

The two branches located in Eldoret and the other one at Komarock Mall were shut down over rent arrears.

Five days ago the supermarket found itself in the same position when auctioneers landed on their Kisumu’s United branch and shutting it down over Ksh 36 million rent arrears.

Business attached to the branch were also shut down as they paid to the management of the supermarket who in turns submits to the landlord.

A canter belonging to them was also towed away and an eight day notice issued failure in which the goods will be auctioned to raise the amount.

The following day, operations at the branch resumed even though they are not out of the woods yet.
