A Nairobi Court has on Wednesday heard a case filed against two suspects who are accused of leaking a video of President Uhuru Kenyatta.
The video dated June 2nd 2020 revealed the Head of State and his entourage making their way through Nairobi CBD.
They were charged with intercepting a CCTV camera and going contrary to section 17(1) of cyber crimes.

The two suspects were accused of intercepting a CCTV camera on June 2nd and exposing President Uhuru inspecting a project in the area.
At the court they pleaded not guilty to the charges before they were released on a cash bail of Ksh 10,000 or Ksh 30,000 bond.
According to their lawyer, the two are accused of something that does not exist in law.The lawyer was referring to the use of intercepting a CCTV camera.
In the video, the Head of State was seen to be in the company of ODM leader Raila Odinga and the two leaders were riding a probox as revealed.
Behind them they was a heavy police presence as the motive of their meeting had not been revealed.
