The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has released a list of BBI signatures which misses those of President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga.
The news comes after the commission published the signatures to allow the public to verify them ahead of the referendum.

Accompanying the signatures are the names of those who signed as well as their constituency and counties and polling station.
According to IEBC, the list issued is not the incomplete and that they are work on the document at the Bomas of Kenya.
Both President Uhuru and ODM leader Raila Odinga signed the crucial document to signify their trust in a process that is meant to unite Kenyans.
Other points to note from the draft is the repetition of names as well as duplicate ID numbers besides the names.
