Roots party Presidential candidate George Wajackoyah has summoned his running mate Justina Wamae over disciplinary issues.
Through a statement, the Roots party took note of Justina’s utterances both on social media and in interviews saying they were against the spirit of the party and misinterpreted the position of the party.
The statement continues by accusing Justina Wamae of contradicting herself during an interview on two media stations thus raising questions about her allegiance to the party.

At one point, she was quoted confirming that Wajackoyah was supporting Azimio Party leader Raila Odinga and later one took to social media congratulating president-elect William Ruto.
The statement also accuses Wamae of confirming his boss’s move to court to challenge the results when he was did not deploy enough personnel to protect his votes.
Wajackoyah who had been dubbed a project has denied such allegations and statements purporting he has endorsed former Prime Minister Raila Odinga.
Even after the elections, the Roots party leader remained confident of a win even as his fellow Presidential candidate David Mwaure conceded defeat and threw his support behind Deputy President William Ruto.
