Following his arrest, Dalla led detectives to NAT and Kwa Famau areas of Maweni, where seven of his key accomplices were flushed out. They include: Cosmos Kesi Kalama (alias Bweko), Erick Alex Lewa (alias Generali), Edwin Ondiro Onyonyi (alias Last), Simon Alex Kalama (alias Desai), Joseph Masha (alias Thee), Moses Kwicha Mzee (alias Timoteo), and Salim Ali Safari (alias Mzukulu) all hardened members of the notorious gang “Team Nati Dread”, long feared for terrorising innocent residents.
In their latest criminal escapades, Generali paid a heavy price: his wrist was chopped off as he attempted to rob a member of the public. The severed limb now lies at the Malindi Sub-County Hospital Mortuary.
The suspects are currently in custody, undergoing profiling and processing ahead of their arraignment.
