Four people are dead and 20 others are injured following a mass shooting outside a packed bar in South Carolina.
The late Saturday night to early Sunday incident happened at Willie’s Bar & Grill on St. Helena Island, where hundreds of people rushed to witness a chaotic scene before meeting many people nursing gunshot wounds.
The incident has since been confirmed by authorities, who said four people died on the scene while four others are fighting for their lives as they are in critical condition.
Those present during the incident said that those present at the bar were forced to flee to nearby businesses to escape the bullets that were flying around.
It is, however, not clear if any suspects have been arrested even though the police have confirmed investigations are ongoing.
