Kenya Power and Lighting Company has issued issued an alert on service disruption that would affect paybill number 888880.
Thorough a statement, Kenya Power called on its customers to instead make payments directly at there banking halls.

“We would like to inform our esteemed customers that we are currently experiencing a system interruption that is affecting payment of electricity bills through our Paybill No 888888.
We are working to restore normalcy as soon as possible. In the meantime, we encourage our customers to make payments at THE Kenya Power banking halls located at various points across the country.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.” read the statement
