LSK President Faith Odhiambo has called out for the arrest of the second officer who was in the company of the police accused of shooting a Nairobi hawker.
Even though the alleged shooter has been arrested, the LSK President also called on the arrest of the colleague on grounds that he also took part in the assault.

“It’s not just the shooter, his colleague was also right there and he is an accessory because you see them pushing the victim and then running away together,” she said
“They are part and parcel and they must be held accountable.” she continued
According to Faith, the National Police Service (NPS) should also reveal the identity of the police officer arrested over the incident as the public have already revealed his details.
“I’m waiting to see the statement where they name that particular police officer. Members of the public have already identified him, and his family, and are already calling him out,” she said
Faith also called on IPOA to release a statement over the Tuesday incident where a hawker who was unarmed and selling masks was shot in the head by the police including the necessary action they have undertaken over the incident.
