The Uganda Law Council has granted Martha Karua a practicing certificate following a successful appeal after his first application was declined.
Karua, a Senior Counsel is among lawyers who are set to defend Uganda opposition leader Kizza Besigye and Hajji Lutale in a case before the General Court Martial on Tuesday.
