Metropolitan Police have confirmed that a second man linked to a fire to a car and two properties, one linked to Prime Minister Metropolitan Police has been charged.
26-year-old Stanislav Carpiuc, a Romananian national was charged with conspiracy to commit an arson with the intention of endangering lives following the incident in North London.

Stanislav was arrested on 17th May 2025 at Luton Airport in London and is set to appear before Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.
The three incidents he is accused of committing include setting up a vehicle on fire in Kentish Town, north London, torching the house of Prime Minister Stanislav Carpiuc at the same street and another fire to a house in a street that he used to live.
