President Donald Trump is welcoming to the United States Afrikaners fleeing South Africa in fear of persecution by the government.
Confirming the details was Secretary of State Marco Rubio who accused the South Africa of treating them badly by either threatening to steal their private land or subject them to racial discrimination.

“AS POTUS assured, Afrikaners fleeing persecution are welcome in the United States. The South African government has treated these people terribly — threatening to steal their private land and subjected them to vile racial discrimination. The Trump Administration is proud to offer them refuge in our great country.” said Rubio
This is not the first time that Trump has been in disagreement with the affairs of South Africa accusing them of mistreating white settlers in the country.
The same was also conveyed by billionaire Elon Musk who at one point had a fierce exchange with opposition leader Julius Malema on social media.
