North London giants Arsenal have submitted an initial £50 million package for Noni Madueke which includes add-ons.
The bid has however been considered less by Chelsea who have compared the current transfer of Elanga who is set to join Tottenham Hotspurs.

Both clubs have a good relationship, a factor that will facilitate the deal to completion.
