Premier League giants Arsenal is working to sign defender Piero Hincapie from Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen.
The 23-year-old defender has already declared interest to join Arsenal before close of the transfer window.
The deal will not only cost the Gunners more than €60 million but will also depend on outgoing players.

Arsenal are currently rumoured to be on the verge of losing Kiwor and Zinchenko, with the latter set to join Porto if talks go as planned.
