The deal between Martinez and Manchester United is, however, expected to sail through if Lammers, who is the first option for Ruben Amorin’s side, fails to materialize.
“Manchester United have agreed personal terms with Emiliano Martínez and approached Aston Villa! As exclusively revealed this morning, Dibu is back as concrete option for MUFC if Lammens deal doesn’t happen,” said Fabrizio Romano
If Dibu joins Manchester United, it could be the end of Andre Onana’s tenure at the club as the Argentine could provide the necessary support, as noted by many United fans.
