Athletics governing body Athletics Kenya has confirmed the closure of its offices in Nairobi and Eldoret on Monday 7th July.
Through a notice, they noted that the closure is due to the planned Nairobi City Marathon organization that will take place on Sunday 6th July.

They however confirmed that the office will be continued its normal operations on Tuesday 8th July.
“This is to notify all stakeholders that Athletics Kenya offices in Riadha House, Nairobi and Dainma Towers, Eldoret will remain closed on Monday, 7th July, 2025 due to the Nairobi City Marathon organization.
The event is set to be held on 6th July, 2025.The offices will resume normal operations on Tuesday 8th July, 2025.We apologize for any inconvenience caused.” read the notice
