The body of the late Corporal Kennedy Mutuku Nzuve, a police officer who died in Haiti has arrived in the country.
Corporal Nzuve died on 1st September 2025 during the peacekeeping mission in the Caribbean country.
Receiving his body was the National Police Service who condoled with the family, friends and colleagues of the late corporal.

“The National Police Service (NPS) fraternity, led by the Commandant of the National Police College Embakasi ‘A’ Campus, Mr. Isaac Alimaa, SAIG, received the body of the late Corporal Kennedy Mutuku Nzuve at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) yesterday evening, on 26th September 2025. The officer’s family, led by his mother, Mrs. Serah Nzuve, was also present during the solemn occasion.
Corporal Nzuve tragically lost his life in a road traffic accident on 1st September 2025 while serving with the Multinational Security Support Mission (MSSM) in Haiti.
The National Police Service conveys its deepest and most heartfelt condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of the fallen officer and assures them of its unwavering support during this period of profound sorrow.
Following the reception, the body was transferred to Chiromo Mortuary for preservation. Burial arrangements will be communicated at a later date,” said NPS
