It is reprieve for Lang’ata MP Felix Odiwour alias Jalang’o and four others after the Political Parties Disputes Tribunal barred ODM from expelling them.
The tribunal has now issued a lifeline to Kisumu Senator Tom Ojienda, Suba MP Caroli Omondi, Gem MP Elisha Odhiambo and Bondo MP Gideon Ochanda from having their names axed from the party register.

ODM party through the National Executive Committee (NEC) , ODM party leader Hon. Raila Odinga and chairman John Mbadi made the decision last week following an internal inquiry following their visit to State House.
According to Sifuna, the rebel MP’s can move from court to court but the decision will eventually stand as the party has already made a decision.
The Raila Odinga led party also seeks to have the rebel MP’s expelled from the various committees they sit in.
