Parties allied to Azimio call for the removal of ODM

Parties allied to Azmio la Umoja Coalition are now calling for the removal of ODM after the party joined forces with President William Ruto.

DAP-K, PNU and Jubilee confirmed that a planned meeting called by former President Uhuru Kenyatta to forge the way forward for the coalition.

According to the affiliate parties, the move to remove ODM is meant to keep the Kenya Kwanza government in check.

Speaking on Sunday was Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka who agreed that ODM has a democratic right to join President William Ruto but termed the current regime unconstitutional especially after the Gen-Z led protests.

Kalonzo continued by accusing the current broad based government involving ODM of riding on the blood of the youth to enter into power.

His sentiments were echoed by former Ndaragua MP Jeremiah Kioni who called on politicians to stop riding on the name of former President Uhuru Kenyatta to score political points.
