Acting on intelligence, the officers stormed a cramped one-room house in Kaloleni Estate, arresting 12 suspects red-handed as they allegedly plotted their next wave of criminal missions,” said DCI
Many other suspects were arrested in nearby areas with the suspects believed to be behind the recent wave of violence in the County.
“In a swift follow-up, four more suspects were smoked out of another nearby den within the same estate.
Officers widened the net to Freehold Estate, where four additional suspects were cornered and arrested.
In a further sweep, eight more suspects were rounded up at the busy Railway Stage area, tightening the noose on a network believed to have been terrorising residents across Nakuru East and its surroundings.
The suspects are currently in custody undergoing processing ahead of their arraignment,” said DCI
