Kenyans have on Monday recorded the Kenya Defense Forces (KDF) patrolling parts of the Nairobi-Nakuru highway as the country marked Saba Saba protests.
The officers released by the government were spotted manning the area around Safari Centre after an attempted raid at Naivas Supermarket in Naivasha.

The deployment follows the huge crowd that had gathered at around Free Area section in Nakuru and other parts of the County.
Motorists plying the route were caught off guard as the road was closed off following protest that forced anti riot police to intervene.
Those who had successfully passed, were forced to stop at Kangemi where the police had mounted a road block, one of the many road blocks mounted by the police to stop protesters from accessing Nairobi CBD.
