A bus belonging to MP Shah Chania Boys High School was on Saturday involved in a minor accident at Kinungi area along the Nakuru-Nairobi highway.
The bus which was on its way to Thika at the time of the accident, collided with a lorry leaving students stranded at the busy highway.

Fortunately, none of the students sustained any injuries as the accident was minor. They were however forced to spend the night in Naivasha before proceeding with their journey to Thika.
“Chania Boys High School bus was involved in a minor accident last night at Kinungi (Nakuru-Nairobi Highway). All students are safe and unhurt. They spent the night in Naivasha and are expected back in Thika this morning. No cause for alarm.” said Thika Town Today
A video seen by Newsmoto.co.ke revealed the bus stranded in the middle of the road as traffic marshalls stepped in to control traffic that was building up.
