The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) officer and DCI volleyball coach Daniel Bor has collapsed and died.
The Saturday evening incident occurred during a training session at the Magadi General Service Unit’s National Police College well known as the Magadi field campus.
After the incident, Bor was taken to the campus dispensary for treatment and later transferred to Magadi Tata hospital for treatment but was confirmed dead shortly after his arrival.

Mourning the late coach was Charles Nyaberi, the President of the Kenya Volleyball Federation who sent his heartfelt condolences to the family of Daniel Bor.
“On behalf of the KVF NEC, KVF Council, the volleyball community, and myself, I would like to extend our deepest condolences to Daniel Bor’s family and the DCI Volleyball Club.” he said
His body has since been moved to  Kenyatta University Hospital where an autopsy is set to be conducted to establish the cause of his death.
