In the second half, the Gunners continued from where they left dominating the match and in the 50th minute Nketiah pounced on the ball and into the top left corner after Wes Foderingham failed to clear the ball in his area.

The England saved the best for last when his long range shot sealed his hat-trick of the evening much to the delight of Arsenal fans. Nketiah was stepping in for Gabriel Jesus who will be out for a few weeks after picking up a knock in the Champions League against Sevilla.

Substitute Fabio Viera made it four from the penalty spot after he was brought down on the line. Fans favorite Tomiyasu netted his first goal of the season when he tapped home a lose ball in the box.

The win now takes Arsenal second in the table with 24 points, two points behind Tottenham and three above Manchester City who face Manchester United on Sunday.
