Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has admitted that Eze wanted to prove something after the club’s 4-1 win over Tottenham Hotspurs on Sunday.
Speaking after the clash, Arteta revealed that Eze was upset after he did not start him during their 2-2 draw against Wolves over the week.

The former Crystal Palace midfielder also addressed his record of scoring against Tottenham saying that he has always wanted to score against other teams, but it was has worked against them.
“Why do I always score against Spurs? I try to score against everyone but it always seems to work against them!”, he said
Both Eze and Gyokeres netted the goals for the night sending them firve points clear of Manchester City who have a game at hand.
