Former Minister and Rongo Member of Parliament Dalmas Otieno passed away on Sunday at his home in Nairobi.
The 80-year-old politician is reported to have died inside his home after he was discovered by his son as confirmed by the family.
President William Ruto and former Prime Minister Raila Odinga have led Kenyans to mourn the late Dalmas Otieno terming him a a committed public servant.
