A bus belonging to Greenline bus company has been involved in an accident in Bukembe, Bungoma County.
It is however not clear whether there were any fatalities from the accident that involved the bus and a truck.
At the time of the accident, the bus was heading to Bungoma from Nairobi as revealed on social media.
“A road accident has just occurred in Bukembe, Bungoma involving a Greenline bus and a truck. If you have friends or family who were travelling from Nairobi to Bungoma using Greenline this night, please try to reach out and check on them immediately.” said Philip Etale
A picture from the incident revealed the bus lying on one side with its windows broken from the impact.
