The High Court has on Wednesday issued temporary orders blocking the government from entering into any contract with Adani.
The court also barred Adani Group from taking over the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) and its assets until the matter is heard and determined.
At the same time, the government was requested by the court to produce evidence showing that the deal was canceled as revealed by President William Ruto during the State of the Nation address.
