The High Court has on Monday upheld the removal of Cleophas Malala as the Secretary General of United Democratic Alliance (UDA).
The court at the same time affirmed the appointment of Hassan Omar as the party’s Secretary General raising question into the Political Parties Disputes Tribunal September ruling.
