Legendary Ugandan singer Jose Chameleone whose real name is Joseph Mayanja has been admitted in the US in critical condition.
The news about the singer’s health was confirmed by his father Gerald Mayanja who said that his son is battling a recurring stomach complication.
Mr. Gerald who was speaking on Bukedde TV said that his son was indeed sick amid reports circulating online about the same issues.
He continued by saying that his son, Jose Chameleone has battling the illness for sometime now until when he decided to seek further treatment in the US.
“Chameleone has been unwell for the past few months. The condition worsened when he moved to America, and now he is seriously ill, confined to his sickbed. He is undergoing treatment for complications in his stomach,” said Chameleone’s father.
