Legendary WWE wrestler Hulk Hogan has passed away at the age of 71, as confirmed by WWE on Thursday.
Through a statement, WWE noted that the former wrestler helped them achieve global recognition back in the 1980s.
“WWE is saddened to learn WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan has passed away. One of pop culture’s most recognizable figures, Hogan helped WWE achieve global recognition in the 1980s.

Hulk Hogan whose real name is Terry Bollea has been has been struggling with health conditions, including a back injury sustained during his time in the ring.
Former wrestlers have mourned the legend Hulk Hogan as they remembered the life and time together.
