Moja Expressway has confirmed temporary closure of Museum Hill Exit A from tonight 11:00pm to tomorrow morning at 5:00am.
Through a statement, the company advised motorists to plan their trips accordingly or use alternative routes susch as the Haile Selassie Exit.

“MUSEUM HILL EXIT A will be temporarily closed from 11:00p.m on Saturday May 10th 2025 to 5.00a.m on Sunday May 11th 2025 to facilitate construction and maintenance works.
Motorists are advised to plan their trips accordingly or use alternative routes such as the Haile Selassie Exit.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused and thank you for choosing the Nairobi Expressway.” read the statement.
The news is in line with the recent expansions at the expressway where Haile Selassie Exit Plaza was opened in January as it now features five lanes meant to ease traffic.
In December 2023, then transport CS Kipchumba Murkomen revealed plans to add two more late at Museum Hill as part of ongoing upgrades.
