It was a night to remember for Ousmane Dembélé whose leadership led Paris Saint Germain to a historic Champions League win against Inter Milan.
The first ever Champions League win for PSG has sparked a debate as to why the Frenchman deserves the 2025 Ballon d’Or.

Praising Dembele was coach Luis Enrique who said his pressing, defending and goals have propelled PSG to where they are this season.
“I’d give the Ballon d’Or to mr Ousmane Dembélé.” he said
“The way he defended tonight… only that can be worth the Ballon d’Or. This is how you lead a team. Goals, titles, leadership, defending, how he was pressing..Ousmane is my Ballon d’Or. No doubts at all.” he continued
Even though Dembele is tipped for Ballon d’Or, others think it should be lifted by Mohamed Salah who has also had an incredible season at Liverpool.
