Police based in Nairobi have seized 200kg of bhang and illicit alcohol during an operation at Jogoo Road area.
One suspect was arrested during the operation, and the evidence will be presented before the court once they are arraigned.

“On 21 July 2025, officers from the Nairobi Regional Operations Team conducted a targeted operation in Jogoo Road as part of an ongoing crackdown on narcotics and illicit substances.
During the raid, the officers arrested one suspect and confiscated 200kg of cannabis (bhang) and 100 litres of chang’aa, which were secured as evidence. The suspect was placed in custody pending arraignment.
