Nairobi, March 18 2026 – The fourth edition of the What Women Want Summit will be held from March 27 to 29 at the Trademark Hotel, bringing together some of the region’s most influential women for three days of open conversations, strategic networking, and immersive lifestyle experiences.
Organised by PinKE Media in partnership with Johnnie Walker under its #SheWalks platform, the summit has, in just three years, become one of East Africa’s leading events focused on women’s leadership, economic empowerment, and holistic development.
Since its founding in 2023, the forum has become more than just a summit. It acts as a carefully curated safe space where women challenge ambition, break down barriers, and reimagine possibilities. This year’s edition aims for an even wider scope.
Over three days, more than 100 industry leaders and changemakers are expected to take the stage across 30 curated panel discussions and 10 immersive sessions. Under the theme, Bold, Visionary, Capable, and Unstoppable, the summit programming will cover career mobility, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, digital influence, wellness, beauty, fashion, and social impact, a deliberate 360-degree view of modern womanhood.
At a time when Kenyan women are facing increasing professional expectations and shifting social norms, the summit’s agenda reflects both hopes and realities. Discussions will center on expanding businesses in a digital-first economy, navigating leadership roles traditionally dominated by men, protecting mental health in high-performance environments, and building intergenerational wealth.
