Staunch Azimio la Umoja supporter Calvince Okoth popularly known as Gaucho on Friday informed the court how he was assaulted by a police officer.
According to Gaucho, the police officer in question assaulted him during the two days he was in custody causing bodily harms.
He continued by revealing that he was slapped and kicked by the OCS who he accused of ordering his junior colleagues to assault him further. Gaucho went ahead and identified the police officer in court.

“This is the very OCS who beat me up when I was in the cells before ordering his juniors to descend on me,” he said.
Gaucho was speaking after he was presented in court for the second day alongside Embakasi MP Babu Owino during their bail hearing application which was later set at Ksh 100,000.
Ndegwa Njiru, the lawyer representing Calvince requested the court to order the police to record the claims as they plan to institute legal action against the police officers.
