An autopsy result has revealed that Toto Touch CEO Susan Kamengere Njoki died from manual strangulation.
The news was revealed on Tuesday after a team of six pathologists all concluded that Susan had a neck compression caused by manual strangulation.
The autopsy result further revealed that the Toto Touch CEO was deprived of oxygen as a result of the neck compression to her vital organs.

“All these features are in line with the death as a result of manual strangulation, which we are all in consensus,” said Dr. Joseph Ndungu
Ngungu also revealed that the CEO had other conditions, as shown during the autopsy but none of those caused her death.
“The other findings may not be relevant as some of the post-mortem findings because they are not related to the cause of death,” he said
According to the team of pathologists, the late Susan Kamengere Njoki had food in her stomach, meaning that she passed away after having food.
The doctors noted that she died at the hospital and not on her way to the facility as revealed by DCI detectives.
Susan is reported to have been injected with an unknown medicine after she was taken away from her Kilimani house by men believed to have working under her husband’s instructions.
