Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna has called on President William Ruto to retract his apology to Tanzania and force them to apologize over recent incident.
Taking on social media, Sifuna also called for the ban of CCM leadership from visiting Kenya and that Kenya should withdraw from hosting CAF together with Uganda and Tanzania.

“First ban the entire CCM leadership from visiting our country. Second, withdraw from joint hosting of CAF with the dictatorships in Uganda and Tanzania.
Thirdly move the EALS annual conference from Zanzibar. Withdraw that fake apology and demand that Tanzania apologize to us instead.” he said
The statement by the Senator follows recent revelation by both activists Boniface Mwangi and Agather as to how they were detained and abused by Tanzania authorities.
